UPDATE - 08/06/2025

Thank you all for your enthusiastic participation in the poster submission process. We have received an overwhelming number of submissions and are truly grateful for the strong interest and engagement.

Following a thorough review by our faculty panel, approximately 50% of the abstracts were accepted. Due to limited space, acceptance notifications have been sent to students selected to present their posters. From this group, a few will also be invited to give flash talks, please stay tuned for updates in the coming weeks.

We sincerely appreciate the time, effort, and quick responses from everyone, especially on such short notice.

Important Update:
We have extended the deadline to submit accepted posters for printing to August 14th, 2025. A link to upload the final poster PDF has been shared.
